V34 delivers a perfect finish with fewer passes and is equally effective on both ceramic finishes and conventional clear coats.

In the last several years, automotive paint technology has evolved to radically change the way vehicles are produced and maintained. Advancements such as scratch resistant ceramic clear coat and water based paint technology has given vehicle owners the best looking paint possible with the capability of lasting years longer than ever imagined. To fully utilize these new advancements in automotive paint technology, Chemical Guys has spent over 3 years developing V34. The first optical grade hybrid compound designed to take paint correction to the next level.

Removing scratches and defects from Mercedes, Corvette, BMW, Mercedes or Nissan vehicles can be rather difficult. Over the past few years, these vehicles have started to become equipped with scratch-resistant and ceramic clear coat paint technology with helps the exterior stay looking great for years, but creates a monumental task when removing even the smallest scratch or defect. As a paint correction specialist, Customer are always looking for a compound that can eliminate heavy defects and swirls from very hard clear coats with less effort.

Using V34 has allowed me to eliminate time and effort from the paint correction process on new ceramic and scratch-resistant clear coat paint. Heavy scratches, deep swirls, and tough oxidation don’t stand a chance against V34 hybrid compound. In just a few passes with a D/A or rotary polisher, V34 leaves the surface perfectly level and ready for the next step of finish polishing. In the past, Corvette and Mercedes clear coat has given me the most challenge when removing defects due to the clear coat being very hard. With V34, I am able to take even the hardest clear coat and bring the highest quality result to any vehicle. V34 Hybrid Compound is truly a product designed to bring professional results to scratch-resistant and ceramic clear coat.

Instructions:

DA Application: Apply 4-5 drops to desired pad. Prime pad with Chemical Guys Pad Conditioner. Spread on speed setting 1. Set DA machine to speed setting 5-6. Using moderate pressure, work area in 2-3 passes until compound becomes clear. Follow with light pressure to finish. Remove residue with clean
microfiber cloth. Follow with V36 optical grade cutting polish for perfect clarity.

Rotary Application: Apply 4-5 drops to desired pad. Prime pad with Chemical Guys Pad Conditioner. Set
machine to between 1000-1500 rpms to spread product. Work in 2’ x 2’ section at a time. Using just the weight of the machine (no pressure) work area in 3-4 passes until compound becomes clear. For final
pass adjust speed setting to between 1200-1800 rpms. Work until optical clarity is achieved. Remove
residue with clean microfiber cloth. Follow with V36 optical grade cutting polish for perfect clarity.

V36 OPTICAL CUT - OPTICAL GRADE CUT POLISH

For optical grade finish paint correction and defect removal
V36 is the finest true liquid polish to deliver a perfect powder-free result to any paint finish.

V36 is Water based OEM approved polish capable of removing medium paint defects delivering perfect results naturally without filling-in or covering up. Optical Grade micro abrasives rpadly elimenate imperfections and even 2500 grit sanding scratches, swirls and hologromas. V36 Optical Polish delivers a perfect finish with fewer passes and less wear on the paint.

Perfect professional factory results can finally be achieved fast and easy utilizing Optical Grade micron sized polishing abrasives, the first polishing abrasive designed to funtion without oils, silicones or fillers.

V36 allows for more work time without drying, maximizes efficiency delivering perfect OEM results.
V36 is VOC Compliant and body-shop safe for any paint shop environment.

Application:
Apply using a orange, blue or black (finishing) pad on your polisher.
For rotary buffer, work at speeds between 1000 - 1500 RPM.
For dual-action polishers, set speed between 4 or 5.
Work in 2 x 2 sq. ft. area.
Wipe off excess polish immediatly after polishing using a microfiber towel

V38 OPTICAL POLISH - OPTICAL GRADE FINAL POLISH

A finishing polish that feels like a wax.
Powder free and dust free, 3 drops is all you need per pad.
