The Compact Palm Orbital Air Sander 75 is ideal for working on spot repairs and extreme paint corrections.

This  Orbital Air Sander has a 5mm throw, runs very smoothly and is low on vibration. The Compact Palm Orbital Air Sander 75 is equipped with a 75mm backing plate which contains most modern wet sanding sheets, dry sanding sheets and polishing pads in 3 (75mm), 3.5 (90mm) and 4 (100mm)” sizes. 




Easy Ergonomics

The shape of this Compact Palm Orbital Air Sander 75 fits perfect in your hand palm.

This makes working with this tool easy and comfortable. The accelerator is placed on top and is switched on / off with the palm of your hand. Your fingers run over the body of this Orbital Air Sander and with this you will have a very natural method of working on most painted surfaces,. On the bottom of the air – intake there is a valve which controls the air – stream that goes in to the Compact Palm Orbital Air Sander 75 and with this you can control the speed and power to work with. You can use this Orbital Air Sander with every air compressor as from 24L. 

How to use the Compact Palm Orbital Air Sander 75

This Orbital Air Sander is easy to use with the Kovax Sanding Systems and Chemical Guys Polishing Pads.

Choose the sanding sheet or polishing pad you like; for example Hex Logic Pads or Lake Country Pads. With the easy on – and off velcro you can easily fit the pad on the backing plate. 

Especially with sanding - jobs the smaller the throw is the better the finish will be, small throws make less piggytails and therefore create a better finish which, as a bonus, is easier and better polishable to a bright and clear finish on most paints.
